In 2015, Jennifer founded her coaching, leadership development, and consulting practice, Intentional You. Here she is passionately working to help people everywhere redefine what success looks like for them - just like she did - through the 4 key areas that changed her life: Intention, Nourishment, Joy, and Gratitude.
Jennifer is edgy, funny, and a little sweary. With over 25 years of leadership in public and private organizations, she climbed the corporate ladder to discover her passion for coaching and leadership development. She is a professional accountant by trade and an inspirer of intentional joy by passion.
In finding her connection to herself again, Jennifer is redefining what success looks like. She challenges individuals to question their stories, their capabilities, and their judgments of themselves, to give them the platform to jump beyond what they thought was possible.
You’ll find her working with powerhouse women and men in leadership, and their teams, through her corporate coaching packages and, at the same time, deeply connecting her clients with themselves through my spiritual offerings, including new moon cacao ceremonies, Akashic Records access, shamanic journeying, and soul journaling.
