PRIVATE RETREAT
to reconnect to your inner nature

A Space to Let Yourself Be A place to stop doing. Come in, close the door, and let the outside world stay outside for a while. This is your space to ground, exhale and remember that you don't have to be productive every minute of the day. Nothing to prove. Nothing to accomplish. Just space to breathe.

NOURISH — Feed More Than Your Body Food can be part of the slowing down. Freshly prepared Ayurvedic meals invite you to experience nourishment differently — slowly, intentionally and with attention. Put down the phone. Taste your food. Notice what happens when receiving becomes something you actually practice.

BREATHE — Create the Disruption Before you react, breathe. Sound, meditation and breath create a little space between what is happening around you and what happens inside you. That space matters. It's where the nervous system can settle, the noise can quiet, and you can begin to choose your response instead of simply reacting.

RELEASE — Let Your Body Remember Sometimes the body needs a different conversation. The healing mud experience invites you to slow down and reconnect with sensation — cool, warmth, texture, stillness and touch. There is nothing to figure out here. Just an opportunity to let the body soften, release and remember what relaxation actually feels like.

SEE — Let Your Eyes Rest Nothing to accomplish. Nowhere to rush to. Look out. Breathe deeply. Let the landscape do some of the work. When we step out of the noise, something begins to change: the fog starts to lift, perspective returns, and we can see what has been there all along.

REMEMBER — Look Up Sometimes clarity comes when you stop looking for it. There is something about a sky that asks nothing of you. No answers. No decisions. No next step. Just space. Breathe. Look up. Let yourself be reminded that you are part of something much bigger than the list of things demanding your attention.
Unwind from the overwhelm of the day-to-day and unleash the joy from within to remember what is important. This is a space designed for you to reconnect to the nature within you. This invitation is to disconnect from the busy of the world and let the depth of breath return to your body. The retreat has no "schedule", but is an invitation to slow your activity, slow your constant rush to get shit done and ultimately deepen your breath to experience the fullness of life. Your hosts, (Jen, Jaimeet, Sultan and Peanut Butter) have curated an experience of wellbeing for you. Every day you are giving of yourself for others, this experience is for you to practice the art of receiving.
